Start With Primary Sources

Protocol pages should cite peer-reviewed work whenever claims touch efficacy, safety, or mechanisms. PubMed links keep readers one click from the abstract.

Writer Checklist

1. Record authors, year, and a one-line finding for each reference card.
2. Prefer human clinical data when available; label preclinical models clearly.
3. Do not invent doses that the paper does not support — use research-community conventions only with cautious wording.
4. Separate “what the paper measured” from “what a reconstitution table shows.”

Reference Card Format

Use the References section type: name, short info line, and URL. Keep the shared button label as “View Source” unless your style guide says otherwise.
