aPeptideDictionary is built around a single principle: every piece of data published on this platform must be traceable to peer-reviewed scientific literature. This policy describes how we source, validate, and maintain that commitment across all content types.

Scope of This Platform

This platform covers synthetic and naturally occurring peptides studied in academic and pre-clinical research settings. Published protocols address reconstitution chemistry, vial concentration mathematics, titration schedules, and pharmacokinetic reference data. We do not publish clinical treatment protocols, prescription dosing guidance, or veterinary dosing recommendations.

Acceptable Primary Sources

All data published on aPeptideDictionary must be supported by at least one of the following primary source types:

• PubMed-indexed journal articles — peer-reviewed studies cited with a valid PMID.
• ClinicalTrials.gov records — registered studies cited with a valid NCT identifier.
• Pre-print servers (bioRxiv, medRxiv) — accepted only when accompanied by a peer-reviewed follow-up publication.
• Pharmacopeial monographs — official compendial references (USP, BP, EP).

Vendor datasheets, community forums, bodybuilding literature, and anecdotal reports are explicitly excluded as primary evidence.

Protocol Request Policy

Registered researchers may submit protocol requests through the platform. To be considered for publication, a submission must include:

1. The full peptide name and, where applicable, its CAS registry number.
2. A clear description of the research application (e.g., reconstitution rationale, titration schema, half-life reference).
3. At least one PMID or DOI linking to a qualifying primary source.
4. A brief explanation of why the existing protocol library does not address the request.

Submissions are reviewed within 5–10 business days. The editorial team may request additional sources or clarification before proceeding. Approved protocols are published with full source attribution. Rejected submissions receive feedback explaining the editorial decision.

Data Integrity

We do not alter, cherry-pick, or aggregate data from primary sources in ways that could misrepresent the original findings. Where unit conversions or concentration calculations are derived from cited data, the derivation method is documented inline so readers can verify the arithmetic independently.

Prohibited Uses

• Using platform content to inform personal medical decisions or self-administration of any substance.
• Redistributing, reselling, or commercially licensing platform content without written permission.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of content without prior agreement.
• Submitting fabricated, plagiarised, or AI-generated citations as supporting evidence for protocol requests.
• Any use that violates applicable laws, including controlled-substance regulations in your jurisdiction.
