GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2) is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue. It is one of the original GHRPs and produces a strong GH pulse with corresponding IGF-1 elevation. Unlike Ipamorelin, GHRP-2 causes moderate cortisol and prolactin elevation. Often combined with a GHRH analogue for synergistic effect.
Overview
Reconstitution Table (2 mL mL BAC water u2192 5 mg)
| Dose | Draw (U-100) | Timing |
| 100 mcg | 1 Unit | Morning, pre-workout, pre-bed |
| 200 mcg | 2 Units | Pre-bed only |
Reconstitute 5 mg with 2 mL BAC water u2192 2,500 mcg/mL. 100 mcg = 0.4 Units. Administer SC on an empty stomach. 3u00d7 daily protocol mirrors natural GH pulse intervals.
GHRP-2 causes cortisol and prolactin elevation more than Ipamorelin. Monitor for signs of hypercortisolism with extended use. Cycle 12 weeks on / 4 weeks off. Research use only.
