Water Does Not Change Total Peptide
Adding more bacteriostatic water dilutes the solution. The vial still holds the same milligrams of peptide — each unit simply carries less.
When to Use More Water
Small target doses (for example low-microgram research ranges) often benefit from more water so the plunger travels farther and lands on a readable mark.
When Less Water Helps
Larger milligram doses can exceed a 100-unit barrel if the solution is too dilute. Concentrating keeps the draw inside one syringe.
