Hexarelin (Examorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide GH secretagogue related to GHRP-6 but more potent. It also binds CD36 receptors in cardiac tissue, reducing apoptosis and improving left ventricular function in post-infarction models u2014 independent of GH-receptor signalling.
Overview
Reconstitution Table (2 mL mL BAC water u2192 2 mg)
| Dose | Draw | Timing |
| 100 mcg | 1 Unit | Morning, pre-workout, pre-bed |
Reconstitute 2 mg with 2 mL BAC water u2192 1,000 mcg/mL. Rotate injection sites to avoid desensitisation. 3u00d7 daily use may blunt GH response over time; cycle 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
Hexarelin elevates cortisol and prolactin more than Ipamorelin. Monitor for desensitisation with extended use. Research use only.
